Aloha Everyone,

I’d like to propose we start making improvements to the overall safety of the track. There are a few areas that could really benefit from some attention before the season kicks into full gear:

1. Improve and extend the run-off zones at the end of both long straightaways. Right now, there's limited space if someone overshoots their braking point. As part of this, we should add tire barriers or other energy-absorbing materials to help reduce the risk of damage or injury in those high-speed areas.

2. Add tire barriers or other impact protection in key spots around the track to help minimize potential damage or injury in the event of an off.

3. Clear and repair the track entrance lane – it’s currently rough and could use a cleanup and some basic maintenance.

4. Patch or resurface cracked sections of the track – some of the surface damage is starting to affect traction and consistency during runs.

These changes would go a long way in making the track safer for everyone and more professional overall. Looking forward to hearing what others think!
