MGKA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Maui Go Karters Association (MKGA) online store! By accessing or using our website and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Membership Registration

To access certain products or services, such as membership for the current calendar year, you may need to register as a member of MKGA. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your contact details, payment information, and kart details.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the MKGA store are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price of your order will be confirmed at checkout. Additional fees for optional add-ons, such as Reserved Pit Stalls or On-Site Storage, will be clearly displayed and added to the total at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. By completing your order, you authorize MKGA to charge your selected payment method.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details about your membership or product purchase. MKGA reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment or membership eligibility.

6. Shipping and Delivery

MKGA’s products and membership benefits are primarily digital or related to participation in events and activities at the karting track. Therefore, no physical shipping is required. Any physical items (e.g., MKGA merchandise) will be shipped as specified in the order.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances determined by MKGA. If you need to cancel a membership or event registration, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Refunds for physical merchandise (if applicable) will follow our standard return policy.

8. Liability Waiver

By completing the membership application or purchasing products, you acknowledge and accept that kart racing involves inherent risks and dangers. You agree to release and hold harmless MKGA, its members, directors, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during events or activities.

9. Code of Conduct

Members and participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all MKGA events. Disruptive, unsafe, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in suspension or removal from MKGA events without refund.

11. Governing Law
